Catawba Heights Baptist Church
At The Heights, we believe that no matter where you come from or what your relationship with God looks like, you have a place here. We understand that becoming part of a church can be a personal journey, and we strive to make that journey as accessible and meaningful as possible. Whether you're a lifelong Christian or just starting to explore your faith, we welcome you to join us on your own path towards spiritual growth. Everyone's needs and experiences are unique, and we work to create a supportive and personalized approach to help seekers like you discover your own path. Come as you are and explore your faith with us at The Heights.
"In a world that is so divisive & antagonistic, we’ve got to make sure we keep the main thing - to love God & love others.”

Ways to Experience The Heights
Love God.
Love Others.
Live it Out.
Get to Know Us & Our Beliefs
We believe in the Holy Trinity, which consists of God the Father, Jesus Christ the Son, and the Holy Spirit. These three are one God, and each have a distinct role in creation, redemption, and transformation. Our pastors and ministers teach this and all truths of the bible to support you in your spiritual growth. Our ministries will guide you through your discipleship journey, so you are empowered to live out these truths and grow closer to God.
What to Expect at The Heights
Linger in the Presence of The Lord
Worshiping God through music, prayer, and praise can be a transformative experience. Take that moment to be filled with God's light and love. During worship, you may feel a powerful sense of movement and energy, as the Holy Spirit moves within us and among the congregation. Be inspired by this energy to open your heart to God and to receive His blessings.
We've created a welcoming environment where everyone feels valued and included. Whether you're new to our church or a long-time member, we want you to leave our worship services feeling uplifted, inspired, and renewed in your faith.
“We are built with a seeking soul that is searching for something to worship.”
